 Out of the 09 vacant positions against Sl. No. 11 & 12, 05 have been filled through contractual staff. 

 
In addition, there is One Deputy Director and Two Assistant Directors of erstwhile DEC have been posted at ACD.
 
The work related to Academic Coordination Division is distributed among its staff as given below with immediate effect.
 
 DIRECTOR’S OFFICE:
 
Mr. Gurmeet Ghai,  Private Secretary - All matters related to Director’s office; provide Secretarial as well as administrative assistance to the Director, maintaining appointment diary, correspondence with the Experts for convening the Selection Committee Meetings, all arrangements for convening the meetings as fixing of venue, hospitality, local travel, etc; maintaining the confidential files and making the correspondence, maintaining of Imprest, Monitoring and Maintenance of Record Room and any other work assigned by the Director and academics.
 
Mr. Shailender Kumar, JAT- Attached to Directors office to provide Secretarial assistance, developing database and maintenance of database, In-charge of Stationary and maintaining the leave records of permanent and contractual staff.
 
Mr. Dabal Singh Rawat, JAT (D/W) – Provide secretarial assistance to Dr. Dev Kant Rao and Dr. Shekhar Suman, Diary/Despatch of Confidential Dak and also help in ODL Soft. 
 
Ms. Anuradha Rawat (JAT D/W)- Attached to Director’s office to provide secretarial assistance and for developing and maintenance of database, In-charge of issuing files and receiving back files in Record Room.
 
ACADEMIC WING:

Ø Coordination of the academic policy matters of the University.
Ø Coordination of Academic Council, Academic Council’s Standing Committee and matters related therein like preparation of Agendas, Minutes, notifying decisions, compiling ATRs etc.
Ø Coordinating with Schools / Divisions/ Centres/Cells etc on the directives/recommendations made by MHRD, UGC, Visitors Conferences/ Central University VCs Conferences and meetings, etc.; Compiling Reports pertaining to above.
Ø Tasks related to approvals of academic programmes by statutory bodies such as Academic Council.
Ø Matters related to New Education Policy.
Ø Coordination of various Committees related of academic matters/ policy matters of the university.
Matters related to:
Ø Interface with Schools and School Boards.
Ø Eligibility criteria of Academic counsellors and Programme Coordinators.
Ø Appointment and renewal of Project In-charges, Project Coordinators.
Ø Various Chairs housed in various Schools of Studies.
Ø Providing inputs for VC report/Profiles/Annual reports etc. on academic policy matters.
Ø Creation of life cycle of Teachers and Academics
Ø Any other work assigned by the Director/ VC.
 
 ADMINISTRATIVE WING:
 
Mr. Chander Ballabh, Dy. Registrar: In-charge of the Administrative Sections of ACD - All administrative, Financial and Service Matters of ACD.
 
Mr. R.C. Chauhan, Consultant:  Attached to DR for ACD Service matters and any other assignment given by the competent authority, as and when required.
 
Mr. Rukmagat Pandey- Xerox Operator- Attends to all ACD‘s Xerox Work.
1.     SECTION – I
 
 
Dr. Govind Singh Bisht, Asst. Registrar - Dealing with Recruitment and CAS matters, and Service matters of the Teachers, Agenda Items of BOM and Estt. Committee, handling matters pertaining to Travel Grant, Study/Sabbatical Leave, Parliament Questions, PM Portal and Advertisements, Engagement of Consultants and Vacation of Teachers.
 
 
Supporting Staff
 
 
Mr. I.B. Soral, SO - Attached to above Section and all administrative and leave matters of Teachers, Vacation of Teachers, Engagement of Consultants and Updation of Service books of Teachers.
               
Mr. Ajit Singh, Exe. (Sr). Asst.- Attached to above Section.
 
Mr. Ramji Singh Yadav, Exe. (Sr). Asst. - Attached to above Section.
 
Mr. N. Kispota, Executive (DP) - All ERP and ODL matters, Data entry and updation in ODL Soft, and generating of bills of Imprest and Advances on ODL.
 
  
2. SECTION - II
 
Ms. Lalita Sharma, Asst. Registrar (PIO&DO) - Dealing with all Direct Recruitment Matters, CAS matters, and Service matters of the Academics, RTIs and working as PIO, ACD.

Ms. Rajini Kalra, SO - Attached to above Section and all administrative and leave matters of Academics, updation of Service Books of Academics, updation of Schools Boards and handling Academic Council Meetings.
 
Ms. Meena Sharma, Exe. (Sr.) Asst.  Attached to above Section and dealing with RTI matters, Stock Entry/Verification.
 
Mr. Manoj Kumar, Assistant - Attached to above Section.
 
Mr. Harish Grover, Assistant - Attached to above Section.
 
Mr. Hemant (JAT D/W) - To provide secretarial assistance to above section.
