Mr. AS Guha

Officer On Special Duty

Mr AS Guha has held positions of Assistant Regional Director at IGNOU, Shillong and Joint Director at Regional Services Division, New Delhi, from December 1992 to November 2008.

Since November 2008, he is Officer on Special Duty (OSD) at IGNOU Institute for Vocational Education & Training (IIVET), Shillong. 

Prior to joining IGNOU, Mr Guha was Head, Department of English, at St. Edmund's College, Shillong for about 12 years.
