Dr. Hemlata Baghel

Assistant Professor

Dr Hemlata Baghel is the Assistant Professor, 27 Oct. 2021 at the Staff Training and Research Institute of Distance Education, Indira Gandhi National Open University, India. She has done Ph.D. from Regional Institute of Education Bhopal, (BU). in Education, since 2014. Her specializations are educational technology, Pedagogy of Science and environmental education. She has cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) in Education since 2007.


She has presented conference papers, published research papers in care listed, refereedand peer reviewed journals, Participated as resource person in various workshops/training programmes in India. She worked as consultant at Pandit Sundarlal Sharma Central Institute of Vocational Education, (PSSCIVE), Bhopal. This is the substituent unit of NCERT, New Delhi. She has work experience from Guru Ghasidas Central University Bilaspur, Barkatullah University Bhopal, Regional Institute of Education and MP Bhoj Open University Bhopal, as Assistant Professor. Her areas of interest are: communication and comprehension skills, with the use of constructivist approach during delivering lecture, advisory and problem-solving skills, technology friendly learning and most important able to develop green skills among students. She believes that future society needs to skill students in collaboration work, technology mediated learning, innovation, creative thinking and green skills. She taught B.Ed. and M.Ed. students during her entire work experience and guided research to PG students.

Dr Hemlata Baghel has Published 3 book 1 from international Publisher and 2 from National publisher and 7 research articles in various books. She has published 3 research paper in care listed journal and 6 research paper in peer reviewed journal.
