Mrs. Poonam Bhushan
Associate Professor
Ms Poonam Bhushan obtained Masters Degree and M.Phil., from Punjab University , Chandigarh and has been teaching in IGNOU since March 1987.
She was selected by the East-West Centre Hawaii for participation in International workshop on “Higher Education in 2020”in 2009 organised at Hawaii, U.S.A. She is also the recipient of DST fellowship for M.Phil.,on “India’s Science Policy Beyond the Oceans-Antarctica”.
She was also awarded silver medal (PUSU) in Post Graduation, Punjab University, Chandigarh. Her areas of interest are Policy Analysis and Political Economy of Education.
