Eligibility:

Master’s Degree from a recognized university or any other qualification recognized as equivalent to   Biochemistry/ allied subjects.  For further details about eligibility, please refer prospectus of Ph.D programme. 

*Course Fee: Ph.D (With course work): Rs 16,800/- (1st year) Registration Fee (At the time of admission. ) Rs. 8,400/- Re-Registration Fee for every year (June of every year) till submission of thesis or maximum duration whichever is earlier.

The proposed courses aim to provide in depth knowledge of research methodology and issues related to bioethics and intellectual property rights which are of high importance in the view that the research in Biochemistry is based on biological samples. The courses include the knowledge in various areas of specialization in which the candidate may be interested to pursue the research. These courses will enable the researcher to refresh the basic concepts as well as learn the recent advances and techniques emerging in the chosen area of specialization.
