IGNOU to organize a Job Fair at PCTI Campus, Pitampura on July 31, 2015

The Campus Placement Cell (CPC) of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is organizing a Job Fair at PCTI Premises, Pitampura, Delhi on July 31, 2015 (Friday) at 9.00 AM.
Total 12 Companies are participating in the drive, normally; Campus Placement Cell (CPC) of IGNOU conducts Placement Drives at the Headquaters/ Regional Centres or at Company Premises at regular interval. But this time, it has been decided to innovate with the inclusion of placement component in the classical student support services available at the Study Centres and take the placement activities to further down at the level of study centre, a well acquainted learning centre for students.
In the first instance, PCTI has been chosen for this purpose as it is a reasonably big study centre under Regional Centre Delhi-2 with over 4000 enrolment. Once successful at PCTI, the model may be replicated at other study centres also. Moreover, PCTI has also happily agreed to accommodate all eligible students of Regional Centre Delhi-2.
The companies shown willingness to participate in the job fair are Web Xpert India Pvt. Ltd., Mintlogix Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Recruitment Mantra.com, Suntec Webservices Pvt. Ltd., Sem Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., D-Tech, Easy Manpower Ser. & Consultancy, E-Tech Communication, Aspiring Smart Solutions Pvt. Ltd., TenderNews.com, Convergys and Policy Bazaar.
Keeping in view the visiting companies profile, the students of Regional Centre Delhi-2 enrolled in final year/semester in January 2015 and July 2015 in BA, B Com, BCA, B Sc, BSW, M Com and MCA invited in the Job Fair. There are 12 companies which have kindly consented to participate in the Job Fair for the placement of IGNOU students.
All students are required to carry a copy of their resume and a passport size photograph at the time of interview along with a valid identity proof.
