IGNOU signed an MoU with Handicraft Commission under Ministry of Textiles

"Ignou signed an MoU with Handicraft Commission under ministry of Textiles to provide educational opportunities to the handicraft community. IGNOU shall open its study centers in handicraft concentration areas."
