Deciding on the style and the print run (as decided by Print Committee) and the requirement of Printing Paper
Convening of Print Committee Meeting for deciding the Print Run, allotment of job to which Printer etc.
Proof Reading
Allotment/issuance of Print jobs to the Printers
Certification of quality of printing of study materials
Carrying out fresh printing work of SLMs and other publications pertaining to those Schools where Printing staff is not available.
Carrying out miscellaneous printing activities of the University from time to time like Annual Report, Profile, VC’s Report & Convocation material etc.
Processing of Printing Bills
Consultations with Printing Technologists/Experts
