If anybody of this University asks for a bribe or if you have any information on corruption in this office or if you are a victim of corruption in this office, you can complain to the Head of this University or the Chief Vigilance Officer or the Central Vigilance Commissioner as per the address given below. The complainant should disclose his / her identity and their identity will be kept confidential. The anonymous or pseudonymous complaints are not entertained. The e-mail address of the Vigilance Cell, IGNOU is vigilance@ignou.ac.in. and Central Vigilance Commission, INA, New Delhi is cenvigil@nic.in. Students are requested not to send their queries relating to admissions, examinations, results, etc. to the e-mail address meant for vigilance cell. Queries related to students' studies may please be sent only to the e-mail address of the Student Support Cell viz. ssc@ignou.ac.in for speedy action.
