M.A. Hindu Studies Programme has been started for the study of all the people of the country. The study of this programme does not mean only the study of the Vedas, or the study of religion will be included. Along with the ancient contexts of the Hindu conception, the land of India and the sources of knowledge and science of all the human beings living in it are also included in this programme. Proving the concept of Hindu, along with the study of all the ancient Indian literary references, the subjects of Gyan Mimamsa, Tatva Mimamsa, Dharma- karma, Art-skills, society, culture etc., were taken seriously. Taking references from ancient Indian Polity and administration, Srishti Vidya, Ayurveda, Yoga, Astronomy, Architecture, Natya, Kavya Vidya, Lok Vidya etc., these have been included in detail under the diverse Vidya traditions. All sections of the society will benefit from this and along with gaining knowledge, will also be oriented towards employment.
