This programme has been designed and developed with Industry and other BPO organizations. The main objective of this programme is to provide opportunity to the students to develop their professional skills in the Finance & Accounting domain, to be eligible for employment in the growing BPO industry. This Diploma programme incorporates a unique blend of theory and practical courses, designed by eminent academicians, SME’s, BPO training organizations to provide students with a comprehensive learning model.

 

The DBPOFA programme comprises of Semester I and Semester II.

 

 

For award of Diploma in the DBPOFA programme, a student will have to complete all the 07 courses. Students will have an exit option at the end of 6 months (Semester I) & will get Certificate in BPO Finance & Accounting. This option is available for only working professionals with at least 1 year work experience in any industry /BPO organization.

Teleconferencing is a one-way video and two-way audio facility. Teleconferencing will be held every month. During teleconferencing session, you will get an opportunity to interact by phone in facility or fax with the resource persons/experts who participate in teleconferencing session and clear your doubts immediately. The teleconferencing facility will be available at the Regional Centre and Selected Study Centers. The teleconferencing schedule will be sent to the Programme In-charge and Regional Director who would inform the students. Teleconferencing is done through Gyan Darshan Channel. You must regularly attend these sessions. These will help you to clarify doubts and interact with other learners all over the country.
 

Radio counseling will be held through F.M. and you can ask questions free of cost with phone in facilities right from your home. A toll free telephone number has been provided for this purpose.

 

Audio and video programmes for each course have been prepared to support your learning. These Audio-video programmes in the form of CD’s are available at all Programme Study Centers. These Audio and video cassettes will be provided for viewing and listening to all the learners enrolled in the programme.

You will be required to complete a minimum attendance in theory counseling to become eligible for appearing in Term-end Examination. Similarly, you will be required to complete 75% attendance in practical contact sessions to become eligible for appearing in practical examination. 

 

Programme Evaluation System
• Continuous evaluation through assignment (tutor marked assignment are compulsory)
• Term End Examination (TEE) will be held twice in a year in the month of June & December under Numerical Marking scheme.
• Term End Practical (TEPE) & Verbal Examination will be held in the month of July for June TEE and in the month of January for December TEE
