Last date for admission to PGDCC programme of IGNOU: 10th January 2013

The last date to apply for Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Cardiology (PGDCC) of the Indira Gandhi National Open University through entrance is 10th January 2013. The entrance test will be held on 24th February 2013 all over the country.
The filled in form must reach the Registrar (SED), IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi- 110068, by registered post or speed post. Student handbook and prospectus can be obtained from the Registrar (SRD), IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi and from all the Regional centres of IGNOU by paying Rs.1000 in cash at the respective sale counters.
It is a two year full time programme. Eligibility is MBBS(MCI Recognized) Candidates will be selected on the basis of Centralized Counseling at IGNOU New Delhi.
PGDCC programme is a non-invasive clinical cardiology programme implemented in collaboration with Top Cardiac Institute of the country. Hands on skills training will be provided in the area of ECG and stress Testing , Echocardiography, Wards & OPD management of cardiac patients, Management of patient in ICU/CCU, Paediatric Cardiology and Preventing Cardiology.
