Joined Electronic Multimedia Research Centre (Audio Video Research Centre) Dr. H S Gour University Sagar as an Engineer Grade-1 on 12 January 1998 and continued there before joining Electronic Media Production (EMPC), IGNOU on 29th November 2007 as an Assistant Engineer (EMPC). The use of broadcast technology for education was a new world and the work at hand was very fascinating, challenging and target oriented with tight schedule. It includes Installation, Maintenance and testing of Professional broadcast Audio-Video equipments for video production, broadcast and satellite transmission. Setting up of Multi-camera set up for live video Coverage and telecast of the events and to ensure the technical quality of the programmes. Setting up and maintenance of editing facilities in post-production suites. Testing and servicing/maintenance of production facilities of the Centre. Responding to technical faults/problems as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure the program production facilities of the Centre runs smoothly with optimum technical quality.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• BE (Electronics) from Baba Saheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad.
• PGDM(HRM) from AIMA-CME
• MJC from Dr. HS Gour University, Sagar, MP.
• PGDDE from IGNOU.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Worked as an Engineer Grade -1 from 12th January 1998 to 28th November 2007 as per scale in EMMRC, Dr. H S Gour University, Sagar.
• Working as Assistant Engineer in EMPC, IGNOU from 29th November 2007 till date as per scale.
